Hooray for a wide driveway and a green lawn and plenty of toys too keep littles busy while the older ones are busy at work and helping with house projects!

Grandpa

We love Minnesota but we hate being so far from our extended family - it's always such treat to have time with family.  We are so thankful for our weekend visit with Grandpa!

Grandpa flew up to spend Memorial Weekend with us: pizza dinner on the lake, fishing trip on Big Pine Lake, Dukes' birthday celebration, Goose Gang fro-yo, playground play, bicycle repairs, donuts for breakfast, grilling out, cooking fish, streamers and yo-yos, and Addy's birthday celebration.  Plus, Mike had time with his dad at a local brewery, eating out, and sitting on the front porch late at night. 

We are thankful for time with Grandpa. 

(The littles were especially affectionate with Grandpa - they were too cute!)

Our beautiful little firecracker, jazzy, spunk; excited, dancer, jumping bean; snugly, curious, piano player; fussy, whiny, giggler; wall decorator, mess maker, sink splasher; hair cutter (!), make-up artist, outfit changer; patience tester, teaser, runner; social, sharp cookie, bedtime delayer; super cutie, little leader, big hugger . . . is FOUR!

We love this little one :)

usually sneaks into Maclaren and Dabney's dance class

Addy is a special little one.  She brings so much spice into our lives and keeps us all on our toes - we love our girl! 

She is loved by so many.  

Addy proudly proclaims: "I have two mommies and I have two daddies."  We are thankful for her first mommy and her first daddy - we are so thankful to have them as a part of our lives - and we are so thankful for our Addy.  She is such a blessing to us. 

She has a strong personality.  We're excited to see where this strong personality will take this incredibly curious, talented, bright, and loving girl.  We know God has big plans for Addy.
