Final Flurries

Spring is around the corner.  The kids are eager for warmer days, shooting hoops and riding bikes . . . but one final magical snow flurry was a welcome surprise. 

*And big brothers are the BEST!

*Our five-year-old Addy also lost her fifth tooth!  

(She was quite upset when the tooth was "accidentally" vacuumed up by a big brother.  Thankfully, the Tooth Fairy still made a visit overnight :)
 

10 months

Our Alarie is growing too fast!  

We can't believe this sweet babe is already 10-months-old (which seems way too close to a full year!).  

She's incredible :)
 

At 10 months:

2 teeth

pulls up to a stand

says "uh oh"

loves baby food puffs

puts everything in her mouth

high kneel "hops"

9 mo. clothing

size 3 diapers

hugs tight

gives open mouth (wet) kisses

super fast crawler

gives Midas hugs (and pulls his hair)

holds her own bottle

sleeps in our arms during Mass

 giggles

one long nap each afternoon

5 bottles/day

chews/sucks on apples

arms up "so big!"

This sweet one is such a joy - our favorite entertainment and smile-maker.  

We're all enamored with Alarie!

Melt

 

After snow covering since Christmas, March warmer weather has cleared off our driveway, encouraging the kids to pull out the bikes and scooters.  Spring is coming!!!  

*Midas enjoyed chasing the kids up and down the driveway.  He's only known snow in the yard, so he still prefers to do his "business" in the snow pile (!).  

*Midas is 13.75 pounds at 3-months-old!

Bassinet

In January, our littlest babe moved out of her night-time bassinet.  This white wicker bassinet has held all of our babies over the years.  This bassinet has been in the family for several generations - holding daddy and his siblings, and grandpa and his siblings.  

At 8-months-old, Alarie transitioned to a crib (still in mommy and daddy's bedroom).
